With technology, we are familiar with the reset button on various gadgets; they return the device to its original setting. For THE One million, “Reset” means a re-commitment and a reassessment for those of us who are serious about the work we have chosen to do. While are not going back to the beginning or to our original setting in 2014 when we began, we are going back to Greenville, SC, the site of our first gathering (January 2015), to reset our minds, our determination, and our will to sustain and grow this effort to heights not seen since the days of Marcus Garvey. If you are serious about THE One Million, please make plans to join us on January 19-21 as we RESET and move forward with an even greater resolve to uplift Black people via our three core principles, economic empowerment, public policy, and education. See you there!
